TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Golden Reunion Mooncake Giveaway is valid exclusively on 25th September 2026 at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance, Ground Floor of Sunway Velocity Mall on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• The first fifty (50) eligible shoppers who successfully redeem the Ember Glow Teapot Set on 25 September 2026 will automatically receive:

One (1) complimentary Mooncake.

One (1) automatic entry into the 3D2N Sunway Sanctuary Lucky Draw.

• Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day. Receipt(s) may only be used once and are valid for one (1) time redemption only.

• Receipts must be presented at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance, GF on the same day of purchase to qualify for the redemption.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all receipts submitted and to reject any receipts or entries deemed fraudulent, altered, suspicious, or invalid. Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.

• Shoppers are required to download and register on the Sunway Super App, tap “Join Now” under the Malls tab, and present their mall member QR code.

• Shoppers are required to be present during redemption using their own Malls Member QR code via Sunway Super App. Shoppers are prohibited from redeeming on behalf of other people.

• Shoppers are required to provide correct and valid personal information to validate the registration via Sunway Super App (Mall tab). Any unclear or incomplete details will render the redemption void.

• Receipts and orders from retail’s online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.

• Receipts from pushcarts, pop-up stores, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.

• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace any items that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, expired or improperly handled due to negligence or technical issues after redemption.

• Five (5) Lucky Winners will be selected randomly among the 50 eligible shoppers who receive the Mooncake Giveaway. The prize is a 3D2N Stay at Sunway Sanctuary for eligible guests aged 55 and above.

• Winners will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Velocity Mall, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Velocity Mall. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

• If Sunway Velocity Mall is unable to reach out to the winner after three (3) attempts, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Velocity Mall on the cancellation and the forfeiture.

• The winner must produce their Identification Card (NRIC) for verification upon prize collection. Failure to appear within the stipulated collection window will result in prize forfeiture.

• All giveaway items and prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or alternative items/flavors.

• Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize/item that are not specifically included (including, without limitation, transport or additional personal expenses).

• Giveaway prizes are subject to change by the Management without prior notice.

• The contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above.

• Employees of Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Velocity Two tenants, outlet staff, pushcart/pop-up vendors, and their immediate families are strictly NOT eligible to participate.

• Visuals used in promotional graphics are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect exact packaging, brand, or flavor.

• By participating in this redemption and contest, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.

• By participating in this redemption and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Velocity Mall the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.

• Sunway Velocity Mall may change any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Velocity Mall’s official website or Facebook page.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.

• Sunway Velocity Mall’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Velocity Mall.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organizer.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

• By participating in the redemption, Shoppers grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the redemption process (including the Shopper’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Shopper, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Shopper.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any redemptions that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the redemption period earlier or extend at its own discretion.
