TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Membership is open to all students residing in Malaysia aged between 13 to 25 years old.
   1. For student applicants aged between 13 – 21 years old, original identification cards/passports MUST be produced upon card redemption.
   2. For student applicants aged between 22 – 25 years old, original identification cards/passports and valid student IDs MUST be produced upon card redemption.
2. The organiser, its subsidiaries, related companies and its agents and the outlets are not liable for any loss, damage, cost and expense incurred by you or any third party arising from the carrying out of the VeloStudent Programme.
3. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the promotions with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
4. The organiser reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of members for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
5. By participating in VeloStudent Club, members agree to be bounded by these Terms & Conditions, and decision of the organizer.
6. By participating, your information will be used to keep you informed on Sunway Malls & Sunway Pals and its partners’ news, exclusive promotions and so forth.
