TERMS & CONDITIONS
. The activation is organised by Sunway Velocity Mall Management in collaboration with Pos Malaysia.
. The activation is open to all Sunway Velocity Mall shoppers from 28 August to 20 September 2026, while stocks last.
. Redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
. Each participant is entitled to redeem one (1) postcard only throughout the campaign period.
. Each participant is entitled to redeem one (1) complimentary postage stamp only upon fulfilling the social media posting requirement.
. Only one (1) complimentary postage stamp may be redeemed per participant, per eligible social media post.
. Participants must be physically present at the redemption counter to redeem the postcard and postage stamp.
. The social media post must:
1. Be posted on Facebook or Instagram;
2. Feature a photo taken at event space at Nanjing Entrance, L1 in front of Verrona Hills;
3. Tag both @sunwayvelocitymall and @pos4you;
4. Be publicly viewable at the time of verification.
. Social media posts that are private, archived, deleted or cannot be verified by the redemption staff will not be eligible for redemption.
. The complimentary postage stamp is valid only for mailing the redeemed campaign postcard at the designated Pos Malaysia mailbox located within the activation.
. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all recipient names and mailing addresses are complete and accurate. The Organiser and Pos Malaysia shall not be responsible for postcards that are delayed, returned or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect mailing information.
. Participants are encouraged to ensure that all written messages are respectful and appropriate. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any postcard containing offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate content.
. Bulk redemptions or redemptions on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of participants should duplicate or suspicious redemption activities be detected.
. Complimentary postcards and postage stamps are not exchangeable, transferable, replaceable or redeemable for cash, whether in part or in full.
. All postcards and complimentary postage stamps are available while stocks last.
. Visuals used in all promotional and advertising materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual activation setup.
. By participating in this activation, participants consent to the Organiser and Pos Malaysia photographing and/or filming them during the event. The Organiser and Pos Malaysia reserve the right to use such photographs, videos and recordings for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes across any media platform without further notice or compensation.
. The Organiser and Pos Malaysia shall not be liable for any loss, delay, damage or non-delivery of postcards once they have been deposited into the designated mailbox for postal processing.
. By participating in this activation, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by the Organiser.
. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, vary, postpone, suspend or terminate the activation and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
