Eligibility: Exclusive to shoppers making mooncake purchases from participating Moonlit Bazaar vendors at the Main Atrium.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The RM20 Wok Man Voucher Redemption is valid exclusively on weekdays (Mondays - Fridays) between 7 September 2026 and 27 September 2026.
• The promotion is open to all shoppers who purchase mooncakes at participating Moonlit Bazaar vendors.
• Employees of Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Velocity Two tenants, outlet staff, pushcart/pop-up vendors, and their immediate families are strictly NOT eligible to participate.
• To qualify for one (1) RM20 Wok Man Voucher, shoppers must purchase from eligible Moonlit Bazaar vendors located at the Main Atrium, in front of Padini & Ippudo, Ground Floor.
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance (GF).
• Limited to one (1) voucher redemption per shopper per day. Receipts may only be used once and are valid for a single-time redemption.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Shoppers must be physically present and show their own Mall Member QR code via the Sunway Super App (under the Malls tab, tap "Join Now").
• Shoppers are required to be present during redemption using their own Malls Member QR code via Sunway Super App. Shoppers are prohibited from redeeming on behalf of other people.
• Same-day printed receipts from eligible Moonlit Bazaar vendors at the Main Atrium must be presented at the Peel Entrance Redemption Counter (GF).
• Purchases made at regular retail stores, F&B outlets outside the Main Atrium Moonlit Bazaar, online platforms (e.g., Grab, Shopee, Foodpanda), pushcarts, pop-up kiosks outside the designated bazaar area, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, or purchases made using shopping vouchers/gift cards are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to inspect purchased goods and reject any receipts deemed altered, duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious.
• The RM20 Wok Man Voucher is strictly non-transferable, non-resellable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other vouchers/items.
• Voucher usage is subject to the specific Terms & Conditions printed on the physical voucher, including vendor validity and expiration dates.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not replace any vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, expired, or improperly handled due to negligence.
• Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS
• By participating in the redemption, Shoppers grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the redemption process (including the Shopper’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Shopper, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Shopper.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any redemptions that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the redemption period earlier or extend at its own discretion.
