Pet Admission Rules
. Only domesticated dogs and cats are allowed.
. Large breed pets (shoulder height above 40cm) are not permitted.
. Pets must enter the mall only through designated entrances—do not use hotel lifts at B2 and B3 (Yellow Zone).

How to Bring Your Pets
. Pets must always be in a pet stroller, carrier, or pet bag while at The Farm, L5 and Velo Garden, Sunway Velocity.
. Supermarket trolleys are not allowed to transport pets.
. Do not let your pet walk or roam freely in the mall unleashed or unsupervised.

Restricted Areas
. Pets are allowed in designated areas only.
. Do not bring pets into retail shops, restaurants, or other tenants' premises.
. No pets on public seating or restaurant furniture.

Pet Behaviour & Safety
. Keep your pet under control at all times.
. Aggressive or noisy pets may be asked to leave for the safety and comfort of others.
. If your pet seems stressed, please move to a quiet area or head home.
. Do not leave your pet unattended.

Clean-Up & Hygiene
. Please clean up after your pets.
. While we do not provide pet waste bags, pet waste bins are located near the toilets at Lift 14/15 on every level.
. Pet toilet is available at Level 5, behind Lift 14/15.

. Pet-Friendly Weekend at The Farm, L5 operating hours: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.
. Pet-Friendly Weekend at Velo Garden, Sunway Velocity operating hours: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.
. By entering the mall, you agree to follow these terms and conditions.
. Terms may be updated without prior notice at the discretion of the management. Changes will be updated on Sunway Malls Mobile Apps and Sunway Velocity Mall website.
