Terms & Conditions at Sunway Velocity Mall
1. Pets like cats and dogs are allowed only.
2. Large breeds pets are not allowed. (heights above 60cm from shoulder to ground)
3. Pets are only allowed outside the Green House of the Farm area.
4. Ensure your pets are in either pet strollers, pet bags or pet carriers at Level 5 Commune area only.
5. Do not let your pet(s) wander within the mall unleashed/unsupervised.
6. Please do not visit other premises with your pets.
7. You are only allowed to enter the mall via Peel Entrance, GF (to access via lift lobby beside Padini) and dedicated lift lobbies (Lift Number 15) at Level B2 & B3 to access directly to V-Chill area.
8. Enter via Carpark Entry B and park on Level B3 Red Zone for easy access to the dedicated lift lobby.
9. Please do not enter or exit the mall via other entrances with your pets.
10. Do not use supermarket's trolley to transport your pets.
11. Please follow the designated paw prints on the floor.
12. Please clean up your pets' waste at the relief corner on Level 5 the Farm area. Pets' waste disposal
bags are not provided however, we do provide pets' waste bins.
13. No pets on public or restaurant furniture.
14. The management reserves the right to request pet owners and their pets to leave the premises
immediately if the house rules are not adhered.

Terms & Conditions at Nanjing Street Walkway (Level 1) & Velo Garden, Nanjing Street
1. Operation hours : 7.00am - 10.00pm, weekend and public holiday only.
2. Kindly refer to the paw prints and map indication for the Pet-Friendly Zone.
3. No pets in common areas and pets must always be inside carriers or strollers with diapers except at Pet-Friendly Zone which they are required to be on a leash.
4. Pets are allowed in the Pet-Friendly lift only. Pets are not allowed to use the escalators.
5. No vicious or ferocious breeds pets are allowed.
6. Large breeds pets are not allowed. (heights above 60cm from shoulder to ground)
7. Clean up after your pets' waste and dispose it at the designated waste bin.
8. Owners are required to supervise their pets at all time.
9. Use of Pet-Friendly Zone is at your own risk, the Management will not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident or mishap.
10. No smoking or vaping allowed.
