TERMS & CONDITIONS 

- Redemption duration is from 9 – 30 November 2025.   

- Shoppers must be present on the day of redemption to redeem.

- Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall‘s Level B1 & B2 receipts only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made at Level B1 & B2 in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (9 – 30 November 2025).  

- Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day for Market Place Redemption.

- Receipt(s) are valid for two (2) time redemptions only which include Market Place Redemption and Christmas Redemption.  

- Shoppers are required to download and register on Sunway Malls mobile app to proceed with redemption.  

 - Redeemable at the Redemption Counter, B1, Sunway Velocity Mall.   

- Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.   

- Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.   

- Receipts and orders from retails’ online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.   

- Receipts from pushcarts, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, Mail Boxes Etc., bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.   

- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.   

- Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.   

- Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
