Wasteless Wonder Redemption

22 October – 9 November 2025

Spend RM300 in 3 receipts* at any outlet to redeem a ITSU iSonic Toothbrush & The Handy Holder

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Redemption duration is from 22 October – 9 November 2025.
Shoppers must be present on the day of redemption to redeem.
Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (22 October – 9 November 2025).
Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day. Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time redemption only.
Shoppers are required to download and register on Sunway Malls mobile app to proceed with redemption.
Redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level 1 (in front of Brands Outlet), Sunway Velocity Mall.
Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
Receipts and orders from retails' online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
Receipts from pushcarts, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Step 2: Redeem a ITSU iSonic Toothbrush & The Handy Holder at the Concierge Counter on Level 1 (in front of Brands Outlet) while increasing your chances to win exciting prizes from the Treasure & Treats Lucky Draw.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contest duration is from 22 October – 9 November 2025.
Lucky winners will be announced after the campaign ends.
Any redemptions made at Wasteless Wonder Redemption will be automatically qualified for the contest. Each redemption is entitled to one (1) entry.
The winners will be selected at random following the campaign's conclusion and will be contacted via phone call or by any other means deemed appropriate by Sunway Velocity Mall.
The decision of the draw is final. No disputes & appeals will be entertained.
If Sunway Velocity Mall is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 7 days, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no recourse against Sunway Velocity Mall regarding the cancellation and forfeiture.
Before the prize collection, the winner must provide their personal information to Sunway Velocity Mall such as contact number and identification number for verification purposes. The management reserves the right to cancel the winners' entry in case of failure to provide personal information.
During prize collection, the winner must present their identification card for verification. Management reserves the right to reject the winner's entry if they fail to verify their identification.
If the winner fails to collect the prize within the designated period, he or she forfeits all claims and rights to the prize, which shall then be used at the sole discretion of the management.
Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace vouchers or products that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
Prizes are subject to changes by the management without prior notice.
Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion.
Visuals used in the advertising & promotion of this contest are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the management.
Sunway Velocity Mall Management reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions or abort any promotions/offers at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

By participating in the contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall's the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant's name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and or for any other purpose deemed appropriate by the management, without prior notice and compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant, unless prohibited by law.
Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious or invalid.
Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the contest period earlier or extend it at its own discretion.
