TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The Great Nyonya Tile Painting Contest will be held on 23rd May 2026 at Vanity Atrium, Ground Floor of Sunway Velocity Mall.
• The Great Nyonya Tile Painting Contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged between 9 - 12 years old.
• The Great Nyonya Tile Painting Contest is only valid for VeloKiddie members (9 to 12 years old).
• Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information to validate the registration via Sunway Super App (Mall tab). Any unclear or incomplete details will render the participation void.
• The session is limited to 20 VeloKiddie members (9 to 12 years old) only.
• Please note that the Organizer will be providing the tile and painting set.
• Upon arrival, participants are required to register themselves 15 minutes before the contest at the registration counter, Vanity Atrium on Ground Floor.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the contest.
• Limited to one (1) prize per person.
• Top three (3) winners will be chosen followed by five (5) consolation winners; the winners will be announced on the day of the contest.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entry that contains any form of sensitive content and discrimination (sexual, racial, religious or political motives).
• The judges’ decision on the selected winners is final. No disputes and appeals will be entertained.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace vouchers or products that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
• Participants are judged based on:
Creativity 50%
Nyonya-Related Design 50%
• Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
• Prizes are subject to changes by the management without prior notice.
• If the event that any such The Great Nyonya Tile Painting Contest 's winners are not contactable after three (3) attempts, the contest winner will be disqualified from the contest and a new winner from a reserved list will be selected at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion. The initial selected contest winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Management or anyone involved in the contest.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion.
• Visuals used in the advertising & promotion of this contest are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the management.
•By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.
OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS
. By participating in the contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
