. The photo must be original content and must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, and/or copyrighted material.
. Limited to one (1) prize per person.
. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entry that contains any form of discrimination (racial, religious or political motives) and/or which is sex-related.
. The judges’ decision on selected winner is final. No disputes & appeals will be entertained.
. Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace vouchers or products that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
. Participants are judged based on creativity on the caption, originality, and relevance to Valentine’s theme.
. Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
. Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
