ReCircle Hub

Step 1: Scan your QR code
Look for the green indicator light at Recircle Hub to confirm the compartment is available. Scan the Sunway Super App (SSA) QR code to authenticate and unlock it. The green light switches off after activation.

Step 2: Drop Off Your Recyclables
Deposit your recyclable items until the minimum required weight is reached. The compartment door automatically closes after 10 seconds of inactivity. If movement is detected, the timer resets and the door remains open. Once closed, the deposited weight is recorded and displayed on the indicator screen.

Step 3: Redeem your points
Once the process is complete, the green indicator light turns on to indicate the compartment is ready for the next user. Your Sunway Points will be credited, and the transaction will appear on the Activity page.


SUNWAY MALLS RECIRCLE HUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Sunway Malls ReCircle Hub facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Updates to Terms & Conditions
Sunway Malls may revise, update, or make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will take effect once published through Sunway Malls’ official communication channels. Users are encouraged to review the latest version periodically. Continued use of the ReCircle Hub facilities after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

3. Sunway Super App Membership
To participate in the Sunway Malls ReCircle Hub recycling programme and earn Sunway Points, users are required to be registered Sunway Super App members. Membership allows users to enjoy rewards and benefits offered through the programme.

4. Personal Data Protection
Any personal information collected during registration or use of the service will be used for the administration and management of the ReCircle Hub programme. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws and regulations.

5. Recycling Guidelines & Accepted Materials
Users are required to properly sort and prepare recyclable materials before depositing them at the Sunway Malls ReCircle Hub. Sunway Malls may conduct checks on deposited materials to ensure proper segregation and compliance with the recycling guidelines.

Sunway Malls reserves the right to update the list of accepted recyclable materials from time to time.

6. Non-Compliant Materials
Materials that do not meet the recycling requirements, including contaminated or incorrectly sorted items, will not qualify for Sunway Points.

7. Recycling & Upcycling Process
Collected recyclable materials will be channelled through appropriate recycling or upcycling partners wherever possible. Materials that are not suitable for recycling or upcycling will be managed through responsible waste management processes.

8. Safe Use of the Recircle Hub
Please use the ReCircle Hub with care and follow all on-screen instructions when depositing your recyclables. Sunway Malls is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the provided instructions.

9. Sunway Points Rewards
Eligible Sunway Super App members will receive points based on the accepted recyclable materials collected, according to the following rewards structure:

10. Points Crediting Timeline
Sunway Points will be credited within three (3) days after successful verification and conversion, based on the applicable rewards structure.

11. Points Eligibility
Sunway Points may not be awarded or may be revoked if deposited items or usage of the ReCircle Hub do not meet the programme requirements, including but not limited to:

-Depositing items that are ineligible, incorrectly sorted, or placed in the wrong compartment.

-Depositing recyclables that are dirty, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for processing.

-Any misuse of the ReCircle Hub, including fraudulent activity, account abuse, tampering with the equipment, vandalism, or any act that disrupts the proper operation of the facility.

12. Points Redemption Terms
Sunway Points:
-are non-transferable;

-cannot be exchanged for cash; and

-cannot be refunded, reversed, or cancelled once successfully credited.

13. Ownership of Deposited Materials
All recyclable materials deposited at the Sunway Malls ReCircle Hub will become the property of Sunway Malls for processing and recycling purposes.

14. Recycling Material Enquiries
For recyclable items not listed on the Sunway Malls ReCircle Hub webpage, users may contact the respective Sunway Mall customer service team for further clarification at (Sunway Velocity Mall’s concierge - 03-2786 3970).

15. Service Availability & Limitations
Sunway Malls shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, interruption, or inconvenience arising from equipment malfunction, system failure, technical issues, maintenance activities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond Sunway Malls’ reasonable control.

16. User Conduct
Any abusive, disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour towards Sunway Malls staff, users, or the ReCircle Hub facilities will not be tolerated. Sunway Malls reserves the right to take appropriate action, including legal action where necessary.

RM10 F&B CASH VOUCHER REWARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

. Redemption duration is from 31 July – 16 August 2026.

. Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for recycling made in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the Sunway Super App during the campaign period (31 July – 16 August 2026).

. Redemption is limited to one (1) voucher per recycle made (min. 200g per category).

. Shoppers must meet minimum 200g per category at the ReCircle Hub to redeem.

. Shoppers are required to download and register on the Sunway Super App, tap “Join Now” under the Malls tab, and scan their mall member QR code when they recycle the items. Shoppers will be rewarded with Sunway Points once the recyclables are dropped into the relevant bins at the ReCircle Hub.

. Redeemable at the Concierge Counter, First Floor, Sunway Velocity Mall.

. Shoppers are required to be present during redemption using their own Sunway Super App ‘Activity: Rewards’ tab for verification of Sunway points collected from the ReCircle Hub. Shoppers are prohibited from redeeming on behalf of other people.

. Shoppers are required to present their mall member QR code & ID to redeem the voucher.

. Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.

. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.

. Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.

. Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
