- Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Velocity Two retail and Moonlit Reverie Mid-Autumn Booth vendors (GF) shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (11 Sept – 6 Oct 2025).
- Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day. Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time redemption only.
- Redemption is strictly applicable to one campaign per transaction and cannot be used for concurrent campaigns.
- Shoppers are required to download and register on Sunway Malls mobile app to proceed with redemption.
- Redeemable at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance, Ground Floor, Sunway Velocity Mall.
- Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
- Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
- Receipts and orders from retail’s online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
- Receipts from pushcarts, pop-up stores, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
- Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
- Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
