TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Redemption duration is from 6 Jan – 23 Feb 2026.
• Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Velocity Two retail and CNY Booth vendors at Main Atrium, in front of Muji and in front of Padini (GF) shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (6 Jan - 23 Feb 2026).
• Redemption is limited to one (1) per customer, per day, for each redemption tier. Receipt(s) may only be used once and are valid for one (1) time of redemption only.
• Shoppers are required to download and register on the Sunway Super App, tap “Join Now” under the Malls tab, and present their mall member QR code.
• Shoppers are required to be present during redemption using their own Malls Member QR code via Sunway Super App. Shoppers are prohibited from redeeming on behalf of other people.
• Redeemable at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance, Ground Floor, Sunway Velocity Mall.
• Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Receipts and orders from retail’s online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Receipts from pushcarts, pop-up stores, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification and validation purposes during redemption.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
