. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in F&B outlets in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) from the duration of the campaign (8 – 28 May 2023).
. Redemptions are valid for dine-in and takeaway receipts (must be on the same day) from F&B outlets in Sunway Velocity Mall.
. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
. Receipts from pushcarts, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, card reloads, and installment plan payments, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
. Sunway Velocity Mall tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
. Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event that the items have been fully redeemed.
. Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
. Redemption items are based on what the shopper draws out from the box.
. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
