HOW TO WIN

1. Participants are required to follow Sunway Velocity Mall’s Instagram page (@sunwayvelocitymall) and TikTok page
2. Participants must record a creative dance video with the 25th year structure and Nintendo 1-2 Switch background.
3. Participants are required to record a creative dance video and upload onto Instagram or TikTok (no more than 30 seconds) with the following:
- a creative dance video,
- A creative caption,
- hashtag #SVMRewards #SilverJubilee #SunwayVelocity, and tag Sunway Velocity Mall’s Instagram and TikTok account (@sunwayvelocitymall)
4. Make sure your social media accounts are set to public.
5. Participants are allowed to submit more than one (1) Entry throughout the Contest Period. 

The winners will be evaluated based on their:
Creativity (70%)
IG Reel and TikTok Likes (20%)
Costume (10%)

CONTEST MECHANICS
. Limited to one (1) prize per person.
. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in part or in full. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of a similar value at any time.
. Sunway Velocity Mall will not be responsible for any loss or damages during prize delivery or redemption.

. Participation in the ‘Sunway Velocity Mall Sunway Malls’ 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee Contest (“the Contest”) constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia.
. The Contest will start from 22 July - 14 Aug 2022
. Entries received outside the Contest Period are invalid and will not be entertained.
. Top three (3) videos with the most creative entries as determined by Sunway Velocity Mall’s panel of judges in their sole discretion will be crowned the Contest winners.
. Participants will be evaluated based on their:

Costume (10%)
. Sunway Velocity Mall’s decision on the winners' list is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entry that contains any form of discrimination (racial, religious or political motives) and/or which is sex-related.
. Prizes are subject to changes by Sunway Velocity Mall without prior notice.
. Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
. Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale, and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purpose during redemption.
. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion

. By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.  

OWNERSHIP / USE RIGHTS
. By participating in the Contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the Contest (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact numbers, photos, videos, etc) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid. The Participant agrees not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from entering the Contest.
. Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the Contest earlier or extend the Contest Period at its own discretion.
. All costs, fees, and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the winners in relation to the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, which shall include but are not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs, and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
