. Redemptions are exclusively for F&B outlets in Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity 2 only.
. Redeemable at the Redemption Counter, Peel Entrance, Ground Floor, Sunway Velocity Mall.
. Shoppers are required to download and register on Sunway Malls mobile app to proceed with redemption.
. Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Two tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
. Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
. Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event that the items have been fully redeemed.
. Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
. Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time redemption only.
. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made any F&B outlets in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (18th April to 5th May 2024).
. Receipts and orders from any website, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.
. Receipts from pushcarts, Nanjing Street outlets, Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card and credit value are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
. Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
. Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
. Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
