• After payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation email with collection details within the next three (3) working days.
• Buyer are required to provide correct and valid personal information in order to collect physical voucher(s). Any unclear or incomplete details will render the collection void.
• Voucher collection is at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor, Sunway Velocity Mall.
• Concierge staff reserves the right to verify the payment proof when necessary.
• Voucher(s) are valid as stated on each voucher(s).
• Mystery gift are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to offer a replacement for vouchers that are discontinued, canceled, damaged, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
• The Management and/or Organizers reserve the right to amend and/or modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

RM10 F&B Cash Voucher Terms and Conditions:

• This voucher is valid at participating F&B Outlets at Sunway Velocity Mall only.
• Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
• Upon redemption, if the total bill value exceeds the voucher value, customer shall pay the difference. However, if the total bill is less than the voucher value, then the difference, therefore, shall not be refunded.
• Photocopy and/or damaged vouchers will not be accepted. Sunway Velocity Mall and participating outlets retain the right to reject any voucher that has been tempered with or found in any way unacceptable.
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
• Sunway Velocity Mall and participating outlets are not liable to replace vouchers that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms & conditions mentioned above at any time without prior notice.
• Sunway Velocity Mall is not liable for the closure of F&B outlets in Sunway Velocity Mall.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions:

• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of age 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway Velocity Mall Sdn Bhd, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
• The first 50 purchases made are entitled to the lucky draw.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
• The lucky draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
• Two (2) winners will be selected, each winner is entitled to win only one (1) prize.
• All winners will be informed via telephone or email. If a participant does not respond within 3 days of the notification, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
• In the event that any such contest winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts, the Contest winner will be disqualified from the Contest and a new winner from a reserved list will be selected at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion. The initially selected Contest winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Management or anyone involved in the Contest.
• All winners are required to produce their identification card for verification upon collection of prize.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management and its relevant staff is not liable for any damage or repair fee of the Lucky Draw item.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with other prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, not resalable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace prizes that are damaged, discontinued, canceled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.
• Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
• Winners will be notified when the prize is ready for collection from Sunway Velocity Mall. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.
• In the event the winner fails to collect his/her prize within 30 days after notification, he/she waivers all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• If you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising content in the future, kindly email to velocitymallmarketing@sunway.com.my. Your request will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of email. With regards to any of your appearance in our videos, the images will be removed only after the promotional campaign ends.
