• Sunway Velocity Mall tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
• Redemption items are subject to stock availability. No disputes will be entertained in the event that the items have been fully redeemed.
• Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale, and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time redemption only.
• Valid only for purchases made in Sunway Velocity Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s).
• Receipts from Parkson, AEON MaxValu Prime, bill payments, card reloads, and installment plan payments, transactions from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s) or any form of cash/shopping voucher are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

TGV Cinema’s Cash Voucher Terms and Condition
• This TGV Cinema’s Cash vouchers are redeemable from 24 Jan – 14 Feb 2022
• This cash vouchers expires 30 Jun 2022
• Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day.
• TGV Cinema’s Cash voucher(s) are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale, and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Multiple cash vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
• Upon redemption, if the total bill value exceeds the voucher value, the customer shall pay the difference. However, if the total bill is less than the voucher value, then the difference, therefore, shall not be refunded.
• Sunway Velocity Mall and TGV Cinemas are not liable to replace cash vouchers that are expired, discontinued, cancelled, lost or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues or negligence.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms & conditions mentioned above at any time without prior notice.
