Sunway Velocity Mall’s Instant Rebate Terms and Conditions

• Subsidy is only available on 20 - 23 January 2022 at the participating outlets only.
• Shoppers must be over 18 years old to redeem the subsidy promo.
• Limited to one (1) subsidy promo per shopper and/or per family (Subject to outlet).
• Shoppers are only allowed to line up outside the outlet 30 minutes before the announced time.
• Subsidy promo are subject availability and are first come first serve basis. No disputes will be entertained in the event that the promos have been fully redeemed.
• Subsidy promo are strictly not for sale and/or resale, and are not exchangeable for cash or other items. Subsidy tickets cannot be transferred.
• Outlet staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• Lucky Draw duration is from 20 – 23 January 2022.
• Total of 10 winners per day, 40 winners in total.
• Lucky Draw is only eligible for shoppers who spend RM100 and above in 2 receipts at Sunway Velocity Mall.
• All winners will be notified via phone call. In the event that any such Contest winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts, the Contest winner will be disqualified from the Contest and a new winner from a reserved list will be selected at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion. The initially selected Contest winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Management or anyone involved in the Contest.
• Winners have to collect and sign acknowledgment letter from Concierge Counter, Ground Floor.
• Prizes are subject to changes by Sunway Velocity Mall without prior notice.
• Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.
• Sunway Velocity Mall tenants & outlet employees are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale, and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion
• Visuals used in the advertising & promotion of this contest are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the management.
• Sunway Velocity Mall Management reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions or abort any promotions/offers at any time without prior notice.
• By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS
- By participating in the Contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the Contest (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact numbers, photos, videos, etc) for advertising, marketing, and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.
- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious or invalid. The Participant agrees not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from entering the Contest.
- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the Contest earlier or extend the Contest Period at its own discretion.
- All cost, fees, and/or expenses incurred or to be incurred by the winners in relation to the Contest and/or to claim the Prize, which shall include but not limited to the costs for transportation, postage/courier, personal costs, and/or any other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
