Workshop sessions are FREE ENTRY and are open to all VeloKiddie members only.

Each session is limited to the first 20 registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the first 20 successful registrations will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sunway Velocity Mall. The confirmation e-mail will be sent out 3 days before each of the sessions start.

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your workshop session.

*Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to open up the slots for walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 10 minutes late from the session.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– Christmas Cookie Decorating Workshop will be held on 26 Nov 2023 & 17 Dec 2023, 5PM – 6PM, and 25 Dec 2023, 6PM – 7PM at Main Atrium, Ground Floor.

– Cookie Decorating Workshop is only valid for VeloKiddie members. Each VeloKiddie member can register him/herself for ONE session ONLY.

– A confirmation of participation email will be sent to the successfully-registered participants at the email address provided in the form. Please show the email for verification purposes. No transferring of names is allowed unless an email justification is sent to chanln@sunway.com.my.

- Participants are required to register themselves by filling in this form. Please do note that each of the Cookie Decorating Workshop sessions is limited to the first 20 registrations ONLY, on a first come first served basis.

- Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information in order to validate registration for the event. Any unclear or incomplete details will render the participation void.

– Upon arrival, participants are required to register themselves at the registration counter near the Main Atrium, GF (workshop area).

– Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to open up the slot for the walk-in participants if the pre-registered participant is 10 minutes late from the session.

– The organizer is not responsible for any accidents/injuries sustained during the Cookie Decorating Workshop.

– Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice unless prohibited by law.

– Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

- By participating in the Cookie Decorating Workshop, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.

- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious, or invalid.

- Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Cookie Decorating Workshop at its own discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. If so, participants will be notified accordingly.
