*TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This contest will be held on Facebook and Instagram only.

• This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of age 18 & above, except mall tenants and outlet staff.

• This contest period is from 9 September – 1 October 2023.

• Limited to one (1) prize per person. Multiple entries will be considered as one (1).

• The prize includes HWC Moonlight Shine Gift Box only, which is inclusive of five (5) HWC Classic Series Drip Bag Coffee and three (3) HWC moon cakes.

• Five (5) winners will be picked; the winner will be notified via a personal message through Facebook or Instagram throughout the campaign period to request relevant details.

• If a participant does not respond within 7 days of the notification period, the contest organizer reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entry that contains any form of discrimination (racial, religious or political motives) and/or which is sex related.

• The judges’ decision on selected winner is final. No disputes & appeals will be entertained.

• Original identification card MUST be produced upon redemption at Sunway Velocity Mall Concierge Counter for identification verification purposes.

• Prize must be collected at the Concierge Counter, Level 1 between 11.00am - 9:00pm.

• Sunway Velocity Mall Management will not be liable to replace vouchers or products that are damaged, discontinued, cancelled, lost, or used improperly whether due to fraud, technical issues, or negligence.

• Prizes are strictly not for re-sale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

• Sunway Velocity Mall is not responsible for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, travel to and from the destination, additional costs of the prize, tax etc.)

• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered by Sunway Velocity Mall.

• Prizes are subject to changes by the management without prior notice.

• If any such Contest winner is not contactable after three (3) attempts, the Contest winner will be disqualified from the Contest and a new winner from a reserved list will be selected at the Management’s sole and absolute discretion. The initial selected Contest winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Management, or anyone involved in the Contest.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit at its sole and absolute discretion.

• Visuals used in the advertising & promotion of this contest are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.

• By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the management.

• Sunway Velocity Mall Management reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions or abort any promotions/offers at any time without prior notice.

• By submitting an Entry, you agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Organizer.

OWNERSHIP / USER RIGHTS

• By participating in the photo contest, the participants grant Sunway Velocity Mall’s the right to use any photos and/or material received during the period (including the Participant’s name, email address, contact number, photos, videos, etc.) for advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity affiliated with the Participant.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to reject any entries that are inappropriate, incomplete, suspicious or invalid.

• Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to end the photo contest period earlier or extend it at its own discretion.
