The Lucky Draw contest will end on 28 May 2023 and two winners will be selected. The winner announcement will be made on 6 June 2023.
To be qualified for the lucky draw entry, shoppers are required to participate in the Makan Mana 3.0: Taste of Velocity Campaign Redemption.
Each redemption is entitled to one (1) entry.
The winner shall be responsible for any other fees and costs related to the stay, i.e (room upgrade, food orders, etc).
The employees and their immediate family members of Sunway Sdn. Bhd., and its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants are strictly prohibited from entering this contest.
All participants consent to Sunway Velocity Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Velocity Hotel reserve the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration. These modifications will be announced on Sunway Velocity Mall's website or Facebook page.
Sunway Velocity Mall’ decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Velocity Mall will make the final determination.
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries following the campaign's conclusion and will be contacted via email or any other means deemed appropriate by Sunway Velocity Mall.
The decision of the lucky draw is final, and no appeals will be accepted.
If Sunway Velocity Mall is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 7 days, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no recourse against Sunway Velocity Mall regarding the cancellation and forfeiture.
Prior to prize collection, the winner must present their identification card for verification and registration purposes.
If the winner fails to appear at the designated time for prize collection, he or she forfeits all claims and rights to the prize, which shall then be used at the sole discretion of the management.
The registration process must be completed within thirty (30) days upon announcement of the winner.
The prize is strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and is not exchangeable for cash or other items.
Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes, or for any other purpose deemed appropriate by the management, without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
If for any reason, any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of Sunway Velocity Mall or Sunway Velocity Hotel, which corrupts and affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sunway Velocity Mall reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, or invalidate any affected Participants.
For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, modification or suspension by Sunway Velocity Mall of this Contest shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Sunway Velocity Mall or Sunway Velocity Hotel, its agent and employees for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension thereof.
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the Organizer’s decision by entering this competition.
